The title DEMETER'S POND has been given to the 2020 LANTERN LANE Studio pastel art series which are currently under production.
The image to the left is the first artwork of this new series also titled DEMETER'S POND.
The launch of the LANTERN LANE Studio in early 2019 represented Kim’s return to full time pastel artwork production after a 12-year stint undertaking post-graduate research and academic employment in higher education, as well as two years hosting her own community radio program ‘RiSE’.
RiSE was shortlisted for a national innovative broadcasting award in 2018.
Each LANTERN LANE original artwork (pastel on cotton paper) measures approximately 60cm x 75cm which are sealed and framed behind glass.
